Zendesk | Discourse - Civilized Discussion
What does it do?
Zendesk allows staff to create Zendesk tickets from Discourse topics in specific categories, sync comments with Zendesk, and add tags to tickets in Zendesk created from Discourse.
How do I use it?
To use Zendesk the plugin must first be enabled and configured via site settings. See Zendesk Plugin for details.
